Vorupør Badehotel is more than just a beautiful place by the sea. It’s a business built on atmosphere, quality, and a deep connection to the local surf culture.
As long-time friends of the house, we were invited in to help shape the next chapter—both behind the scenes and in how the brand meets the world.
Internally, we worked closely with the team to develop a strategic business foundation that supports daily operations and future growth. Externally, we crafted a long-term brand strategy, a new visual identity, and a website that captures the hotel’s unique spirit—from first click to check-in.
A modern redesign with a touch of the 70s
The new logo combines a modern and timeless expression with subtle references to the 70s aesthetic. The clean lines and balanced typography create a strong, contemporary look, while the soft shapes and details add a warm, nostalgic feel.
By combining the classic with the innovative, the logo emphasizes the brand’s evolution – a tribute to the past while pointing toward the future.

Colors
In this redesign, we honor the original brand while introducing a new visual dimension. The deep ocean blue remains a central color—maritime, calming, and recognizable.
Underberg green adds an earthy sense of tranquility, light pastel green brings a subtle vintage touch, and retro pink softens the design with a friendly 70s vibe. Light beige ties the palette together with its soft, timeless character.

The new website for Vorupør Badehotel is designed to feel just like the hotel itself—calm, welcoming, and rooted in quality. Built to support both storytelling and bookings, the site brings together surf vibes and boutique elegance in a seamless digital experience. From structure to design and tone of voice, every element is shaped to reflect the soul of the place.
